The Daily News reports today about a young blogger who invented a game designed to keep people focused on their dinner companions, not their phones.   It’s quite simple, everyone puts their phones in the middle of the table and the first one to grab for theirs is the one who gets the bill. 

• We’d like to suggest a slightly different version.  Order ten shots of tequila and place them in the middle of the table.  Each time someone is seen visibly at the table on their device they drink a shot.  For advanced players you make whoever drinks the most shots pay the bill.  Note:  You’ll need more than ten shots.
